We’re constantly evolving and taking on exciting new challenges. Currently, we’re searching for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our team and manage internal projects in the interior design niche.
What’s we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Successful cases of social media strategy creation and implementation in the portfolio.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and the ability to craft engaging visual and written content.
- Proficiency in English to craft content that resonates with an international audience (US).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Will be a plus:
- Experience in managing visual-first brands like interior design, architecture, or luxury services.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Linkedln, Facebook, and TikTok, tailored to the interior design niche.
- Plan and produce high-quality, visually compelling content, including posts, stories, reels, and pins.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries and promptly forwarding relevant leads to the sales department.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize strategies and content based on data insights to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and overall business goals.
