Currently, the Peachy team is searching for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our web development agency full-time. In this role, you’ll help drive data-driven decisions for high-performing eCommerce projects by leveraging your expertise in GA4, GTM, Looker, SQL, and marketing analytics tools.
You’ll be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing events throughout the purchasing funnel to improve performance and maximize ROI for our clients.
You’ll work closely with engineers, marketers, and project managers to implement robust tracking and reporting systems, ensuring all key events and touchpoints in the customer journey are accurately captured and actionable insights are delivered.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing tracking strategies.
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including creating and troubleshooting custom tags and triggers.
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker or similar BI tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce purchasing funnels and the importance of event tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixels, TikTok Pixels, and other marketing tracking tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers to implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels and events.
- English proficiency—Upper intermediate or higher.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior and purchasing funnels in eCommerce platforms to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards in Looker to visualize performance metrics.
- Work with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixels, TikTok Pixels, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate event tracking and data collection.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance and optimizing the customer journey.
- Collaborate with engineers to set up and validate tracking pixels and custom events on web properties.
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data as needed for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all analytics platforms and marketing channels.
